These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnePathshala ERP website, applications, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using OnePathshala ERP on behalf of a school or educational institution, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About OnePathshala ERP

OnePathshala ERP is a school management platform designed to help educational institutions manage and organize administrative and academic operations.

Depending on the services enabled for a school, the platform may include:

• Student management
• Teacher management
• Attendance
• Fees and payment records
• Admissions
• Notices and announcements
• Transport management
• Academic information
• Student records
• School administration
• Other school-management features

Features available to a particular school may vary depending on its configuration, subscription, or service plan.

2. User Accounts

OnePathshala ERP may provide different types of accounts, including School Administrator, Teacher, Student, and other authorized accounts.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for activity performed through their account.

You must not:

• Share your password with unauthorized persons.
• Attempt to access another person's account.
• Use another person's credentials without authorization.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or security controls.
• Provide false information when creating or using an account.

Schools are responsible for managing the accounts and access permissions they create for their staff and students.

3. School-Managed Information

OnePathshala ERP is primarily a school-management platform.

Information relating to students, teachers, attendance, fees, admissions, transport, notices, and other school activities may be entered, uploaded, managed, or controlled by the relevant educational institution.

The school is responsible for ensuring that the information it provides to the Service is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for its intended use.

Schools should ensure that they have the necessary permissions and legal basis to provide information about students, teachers, staff, and other individuals to the Service.

4. Student and Minor Users

OnePathshala ERP may be used to manage information relating to students, including students who are under the age of 18.

Student accounts and student-related information may be created or managed by the relevant school or authorized personnel.

Schools and authorized administrators are responsible for determining appropriate access to student information and for using the platform in accordance with applicable laws, school policies, and their responsibilities toward students.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OnePathshala ERP only for legitimate educational, administrative, and school-management purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
• Attempt to discover, exploit, or bypass security vulnerabilities.

6. School Administrator Responsibilities

School administrators are responsible for:

• Managing authorized users and their permissions.
• Keeping administrator credentials secure.
• Providing accurate school information.
• Reviewing information entered into the system.
• Removing or disabling access for users who are no longer authorized.
• Using student and staff information responsibly.
• Ensuring that their use of the Service complies with applicable laws and school policies.

7. Fees and Payments

If OnePathshala ERP is provided under a paid subscription or service plan, the applicable pricing, billing period, and payment terms will be communicated to the relevant school or customer.

Unless otherwise agreed, failure to make required payments may result in suspension or limitation of paid services.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep OnePathshala ERP reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Infrastructure issues
• Network problems
• Security incidents
• Third-party service failures
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Intellectual Property

The OnePathshala ERP software, website, interface, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and other original materials associated with the Service are owned by or licensed to OnePathshala ERP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• Copy the Service.
• Reproduce or redistribute the software.
• Modify or create derivative versions of the Service.
• Sell or sublicense access to the Service.
• Remove proprietary notices.
• Use OnePathshala ERP branding without permission.

Information and content supplied by a school or its users remain subject to the rights and responsibilities of the respective school or user.

11. Third-Party Services

OnePathshala ERP may integrate with or rely on third-party services for certain functionality, such as hosting, communications, authentication, analytics, payment processing, or other technical services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent changes, interruptions, or policies of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We or the relevant school administrator may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where appropriate, including when:

• The account is no longer authorized by the school.
• These Terms are violated.
• The Service is being misused.
• Required payments are not made.
• There is a security or fraud concern.
• Suspension is necessary to protect users, schools, or the Service.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before taking action, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

13. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account or associated personal information where applicable.

Because OnePathshala ERP may operate as a school-managed system, some information may be controlled by the relevant school. In such cases, a deletion request may need to be handled in coordination with the school.

Schools and users remain responsible for reviewing important information and making appropriate administrative decisions.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OnePathshala ERP and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This may include losses resulting from service interruptions, unauthorized access, third-party failures, or information entered incorrectly by users or schools.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
